We take your security very seriously by verifying each transaction with the credit company and processing only those orders if the credit company so authorizes it. In the case of a suspicious or declined transaction, our company may contact you to confirm the validity and ensure your identity or cancel that order with full notification.

On credit/debit cards, CVV verification is required before any order can be completed. Additionally, most credit cards offer buyer protection for online purchases. Please contact them directly for specific details as it may vary from one financial institution to another.

Our website protects your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input at 128-bit strength. This is often symbolized on most web-browsers by a small padlock appearing on the bottom bar of the window and the address of the window changing from https:// to https://, meaning a secure connection. In the event that an order cannot be completed, please contact our Customer Service. If our website cannot establish a secure connection, we will not risk your confidential information (it will not be transmitted.)

Credit and debit cards have a security code located on them to offer additional protection. For most cards it will be a 3-4 digit number located on the back. For American Express cards, look on the front side for a 3-4 digit number.

Yes, your charge is processed immediately. It may show up initially as an authorization on your account, and then, as it is accepted it will show as a charge on your statement.

At the current time we do not ship to the following destinations:

Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe

Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping destination, the type of shipping selected and the number of items that you purchase.

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping times vary based on the product and destination.

Because our orders are custom produced, we offer address changes for a short period of time after your order is placed. To see if your order is still eligible for an address change please contact Customer Service at and we will work to resolve the issue as best we can.

Express shipping is available for many products

Customers with shipping addresses in the United States who are not charged Sales tax at the point of sale may be required to remit consumer Use Tax to their local state government. For further information about your state Use Tax obligations, please contact your local state tax office. 

When shipping into a EU country, customs fees and import VAT may apply.

The amount of customs duty and import VAT to be paid will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country. This may result in the buyer having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

Generally, VAT isn’t due when the total value of all goods in a consignment (value not inclusive of custom duties or transport costs) is less than the destination country threshold. The threshold may vary from €10 euro to €22 euro, depending on the EU country.

For import VAT, the rate that is assessed is the rate set by the country that the package is shipped to. 

Customs duty does not typically apply on goods where the value doesn’t exceed €150 euro.

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it for a refund. You must contact us and submit a claim within 15 days of the delivery date. Claims must be submitted by email to and include your order number as well as the email address used to place the order. We may ask for a physical receipt. 

Please also include your purchase receipt with the products you wish to return in your package of returned item(s). We will reimburse the original purchase price to your original method of payment.

We cannot accept a return in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care, washing or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear
  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned
  • On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Refund Policy

Any unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates. We strongly recommend that you send any returns via an insured, trackable service, and we ask that you email the tracking number of your return to us at once your return is on route. Returned items remain the property of the customer until they are safely delivered to Hyperspor. Hyperspor will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

How long does a refund, or return take to process?

We review claims within 72 business hours of receiving the returned product. Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.
